Position Overview

The Associate Manager, Digital Content Marketing, will be responsible for developing and executing digital content plans for RLE digital platform. They will play a vital role in partnering with cross-functional teams in defining the content strategies to support the business objectives. They work as a highly cross-functioning team player across numerous internal stakeholders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop differentiated digital content strategies across for the Kids business across the site & digital commerce platforms focusing driving conversion, brand value and engagement
  • Assist in the planning of the site content strategy for Women’s, CYO and global marketing campaigns based on customer insights, business trends and company priorities
  • Ensure the digital content strategy balances the brand’s objectives and a best-in-class customer experience
  • Create and manage project briefs (e.g. wireframes, content maps, etc.), working in conjunction with the project management team
  • Communicate the strategy and drive the change management of the project to all cross-functional team members
  • Work collaboratively within the organization to ensure flawless execution of merchandising, branding and marketing initiatives
  • Create and manage shot lists for RL Advertising shoots, providing online shot list needs and ownership
  • Pull campaign results leveraging Omniture
  • Analyze content data on core KPIs, including traffic patterns, engagement, conversion, pathing behavior, and product selection
  •  Stay up to date on the latest trends in mobile marketing and commerce

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and follow through skills
  • Brand marketing and e-commerce experience
  • Strong sense of urgency and the ability to embrace and maximize a changing landscape
  • Highly adept at multi-tasking and setting priorities
  • Proactive and positive, with a “can-do” attitude; a collaborative team player and leader who takes a thoughtful, strategic approach
  • Capability to consider multiple angles in creating content strategies, balancing brand engagement against immediate financial impact
  • Strong web measurement, reporting and analysis skills identifying areas of opportunity via weekly, monthly reports
  • Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for project teams and business leaders
  • Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team including CIEM, business and marketing stakeholders
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Marketing preferred)
  • Relevant work experience in e-commerce, with experience in content development and optimization
