Position Overview

Responsibilities will center on financial and operational support for the North America Wholesale division with a primary focus on Wholesale e-commerce performance (actualization and forecasting) and consolidation across the division. This individual will also be responsible for managing month-end close, forecast and budget for Shared Services, focusing on headcount and operating expenses. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and innovative financial professional with the ability to multi-task with a high degree of analytical proficiency and integrity. Position requires good foundational knowledge and experience in finance/accounting and a firm understanding of financial concepts. Position requires candidate to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships at all levels of the organization. The position reports to the Finance Senior Manager of Consolidation North America Wholesale. This position interfaces with Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, Sales, Planning, Marketing, Digital and Divisional Management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the overall forecasting, budgeting and reporting processes of the division as it relates to E-Commerce & Shared Services
• Act as the lead finance business partner for Shared Services expenses and establish a track record of clear communication and follow-up
• Manage Wholesale weekly e-commerce performance as well as forecast and budget
• Complete monthly operating expense forecasts including payroll, T&E, distribution, and marketing
• Review monthly expense results with functional department leads
• Actualize and track headcount for Shared Services on a monthly basis
• Assist with the month-end process including variance analyses in partnership with accounting team
• Assist with consolidation of regional channel P&L and financials, ensuring accuracy through cross checking sources and inputs
• Support and prepare ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed
• Anticipate needs of senior management and business partners to prioritize efforts and deliver results
• Establish and maintain strong business partnerships across divisional finance teams to promote teamwork and organizational alignment

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Experience in Finance/Accounting or related field required
• 2+ years Finance/Accounting experience with focus on planning and analysis
• Wholesale apparel, accessories, and/or home experience in an operational finance role a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills (oral, written, and formal) with the ability to develop professional relationships across varying levels of management
• Experienced in financial modeling and business case preparation
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and sound follow-up
• Self-motivated with an intellectual curiosity; Results driven
• Advanced competency in Excel and other Microsoft applications, experience with SAP/Microstrategy, Hyperion/Essbase a plus
