Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Data Analyst to join our dynamic data science team. This junior role is designed for individuals eager to support data science projects and facilitate communication between the technical team and business users. In this role, you will collaborate closely with data scientists to help build and deploy globally adapted machine learning solutions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with data scientists in the design, development, and deployment of data-driven solutions to address business challenges
  • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and integration across various systems
  • Monitor and analysis the performance of existing machine learning models, ensuring operation consistency and providing valuable insights 
  • Serve as a liaison between the data science team and business users to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data solutions
  • Educate business users on the capabilities and applications of machine learning models; lead initiatives to integrate data science insights into business processes

Experience, Skills & Knowledge


  • Hands-on experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, IT, or related quantitative fields
  • Knowledge in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field 
  • Basic understanding of advanced analytics, statistical modelling and machine learning theories
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to latest technologies and methodologies in the industry
