Position Overview

Perform cross-brands analyses, providing deeper insight on the data available. Development of standards/automatizations, if required, to allow a constant repetition of the report and/or connections to/from it.

Collect cross-brand reporting needs, department tools and opportunities for standardization and automation of processes. 

Participate on the project enhancements to incorporate and transform processes & tools by:

  • Design, develop, adapt and maintain the Supply planning tools and processes
  • Managing and championing the initial end user transition to the new tools 
  • Provide an on-going presence ‘on the ground’ to help end users leverage the tools and training available
  • Be the first ‘line of support ‘ when an issue arises – answering questions

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Produce and enhance reporting and dashboards inside Supply Planning & Operations department:

  • Simulations
  • Supply Planning
  • Costing
  • Supply and Demand match
  • Inbound tracking
  • Size analysis


Projects enhancement

  • Tools development:
    • Design, develop, adapt and maintain the department tools
  • Training & support users:
    • Provide user manuals and training to new members
    • Communicate changes & new processes

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Master Degree in Supply Chain & Inventory Management or equivalent experience.

1-2 year Retail or Wholesale experience.

High degree of computer literacy, especially MS Excel and MS Access, with programming skills – VBA and SQL. SAP experience is a plus.

Excellent analytical, logical thinking and problem solving skills.

Fluent in reading, speaking and writing in English. Other languages a plus.

Efficient time management, organizational ability and capacity to meet deadlines.
