Position Overview
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Global Events to develop a strategic event framework and implement a best-in-class approach for planning, executing, and measuring global events across North America, Europe, and Asia ensuring seamless integration with brand marketing and business objectives to maximize impact and ROI.
- Serve as the central point of leadership for all internal event-related communications, aligning cross-functional teams including Global Brand Marketing, Creative Services, Design, Agency, Retail, Hospitality, Finance, Legal, and others to ensure collaboration and consistency.
- Collaborate with global partners to align event strategies, review plans, and provide guidance to ensure execution meets brand standards and supports integrated 360° marketing campaigns.
- Independently lead the planning, production, and execution of assigned image events, store openings, regional activations, and press events in the U.S., managing all aspects of logistics, coordination, and vendor relationships.
- Travel as needed to support on-site event execution, coordination, and vendor oversight.
- Develop and manage event budgets in partnership with Finance and Procurement, ensuring fiscal discipline and accurate tracking of actuals.
- Build and maintain a proactive network of vendors, staying current on industry trends and event resources.
- Oversee outreach, coordination, and relationship management with external vendors throughout the planning and execution process.
- Collect and analyze post-event feedback to assess performance, measure success against KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a center of excellence for regional marketing and event teams, providing strategic guidance to ensure events are results-driven, brand-aligned, and reflective of luxury standards and aesthetics.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of select high-profile and complex events with precision, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage and develop a team of two direct reports, ensuring alignment with departmental goals, professional growth, and timely delivery of projects.
- Oversee day-to-day event operations including budget management, production timelines, event collateral, and vendor coordination, with support from the Global Events Associate.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- 8–10 years of experience in event production, ideally within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors
- Established industry network with proven success collaborating with high-profile talent, media outlets, and premium vendors
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making abilities, with a track record of managing complex, high-visibility events
- In-office presence required at least 3 days per week
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, in support of event execution
