Position Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring Ralph Lauren’s brand vision is consistently communicated across all store and shop environments by overseeing the design, documentation, and execution of development projects. This role bridges creative design standards with operational requirements, managing project files, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that construction and finishes meet corporate guidelines. Ultimately, the position safeguards brand integrity while delivering efficient, high‑quality retail spaces aligned with business objectives.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate Company’s brand vision in all store/shop environments by maintaining design standards specifically tailored to the demands and requirements of business in each market
  • Inspect project documentation to approved location plans from sales and to identify discrepancies
  • Review of the planned sales information (capacity, size, budget, etc.) against proposal.
  • Design and review of the Shop in AutoCAD. Compilation and issuance of the design proposal package
  • Review of drawings and finish samples - construction and millwork to meet design guidelines
  • Review of project with decorative coordinator for ordering and follow up
  • Maintain project files and follow up to finalize file content




Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Degree holder in Architecture or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Residential/Commercial Architecture/Interior Firms or equivalent
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Release 2002 minimum. Ability to produce plan, elevations and construction documents as required per project specifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel
  • Organized and accurate record keeping skill
  • Ability to self manage to meet required deadlines
  • Problem solver for design, logistics with good diplomacy
