Position Overview

We are seeking for 3 enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional customer service while representing the Ralph Lauren brand with professionalism and style in our new store that will open in Emporia, Malmö.

Hours: 12 hours per week (flexible scheduling and every other weekend is required).

Starting: November 2025.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through personalized customer engagement.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on current fashion trends.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Fashion consciousness and interest in luxury retail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Swedish and English is mandatory, both spoken and written.
