Position Overview
To ensure that the Company’s inventory is received accurately at the store according to Inventory Control procedures and distributed to the shop floor in a timely manner. This role requires knowledge appropriate to the key tasks and to work within defined SOP’s. This position requires a minimum of 20 hours work per week, but the hours may vary between weeks in the month due to workload.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Day to day maintenance of the stockroom.
- Maintaining stockroom areas.
- Monitoring inaccuracies on deliveries and communicating these to the appropriate contacts.
- Co-ordinating and auctioning all deliveries.
- Implementation of new policies and procedures in partnership with relevant departments.
- Inventory control – investigate inaccuracies, ticketing issues, stock transfers, in store handling of goods.
- Communication with store team and relevant partners in the business.
- Good understanding and implementation of Health & Safety policies & procedures.
- Ensure client support excellence and operational efficiencies
- Manage deliveries and replenishment to optimise the product offer for clients
- Coordinate and communicate consistently with the team to ensure an excellent client service
- Advance in Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiencies
- Manage and follow standard operating procedures and Client Support Area procedures to ensure compliance with Ralph Lauren policies and standards
- Store maintenance.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience within a stockroom in a store environment.
- Full understanding of basic stockroom tasks: receiving goods, distribution and transfer of merchandise, time management.
- Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player.
- Experience in a premium/luxury environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- IT literary, including Word, Excel, IP/GUI, Outlook.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
