Position Overview

Join our front-line retail team as a Sales Support associate at Ralph Lauren's newest RLS location opening in Copenhagen in September. This role is focused on delivering a best-in-class customer experience through attention to selling and service, while elevating the brand through product displays, product knowledge, and exceptional customer support. You'll be part of a team dedicated to bringing Ralph Lauren's timeless luxury and authentic style to our Danish customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clientele.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice to customers.
  • Execute clientelling strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
  • Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and styling recommendations.

Sales & Store Operations

  • Support daily store operations including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain store presentation standards and product displays.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support store opening activities and special projects.
  • Participate in seasonal changeovers and store maintenance.

Brand Representation

  • Embody Ralph Lauren's brand values and aesthetic.
  • Maintain professional appearance consistent with brand standards.
  • Support store events and customer engagement activities.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Styling and product enthusiasm with fashion/luxury retail knowledge.
  • Operational excellence in store processes.

Specialized Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of brand aesthetic and Ralph Lauren product lines.
  • Product and market knowledge within retail/fashion industry.
  • Alterations/Tailoring knowledge (preferred for RLS environment).

Additional Considerations

  • Flexibility for travel to support new store openings and special projects.
  • Availability for internal experiences such as seasonal store rotations during peak periods.
  • Participation in leadership store visits, roundtables, and local community events.
