Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving personal or team sales goals & key metrics; Sales, Conversion & Units per transaction; understand how your performance impacts the results
  • Adhere to all company policy & procedures
  • Work with pace & energy in all you do; deliver an exceptional RL Experience service; demonstrate a customer first culture at all times
  • Represent RL through impeccable dress and grooming standards
  • Inspire the customer to buy, provide advice, offer alternatives and upsell additional products
  • Conclude the experience and provide a lasting positive impression
  • Maintain high standards of product availability, brand presentation and retail standards

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Relevant experience in a closely related role
  • Fluency in Czech is a must; the knowledge of English and/or other languages would be very appreciated
  • Customer experience focus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills supporting both a team environment and customer service
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability regarding daily tasks and duties; able to work under pressure in fast paced environment
  • Time flexibility to work 8-40hrs. per week (incl. weekends and festive seasons)
