Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·        Ensuring team members understand the vision and strategy of the store and brand, while creating a culture that ensures that there is a good rapport and partnership between all team members across all departments.

·        Delivering and managing company customer service initiatives and achieving results that contribute to brand performance.

·        Meeting customer needs while continually searching for ways to improve service, and managing the store in a way that always services the customer first and manages tasks second.

·        Driving sales and minimizing stock loss through audit compliance and involvement and analysing business reports to make commercial decisions/requests which drive the business.

·        Partnering with Store Manager to accurately forecast sales and costs and managing store budgets in line with this.

·        Developing the team and coaching employees.

·        Maintaining professional and technical knowledge of the brand and product, and educating the store team on this.

·        Working with the Multisite Manager to direct the execution of Polo’s promotional strategies and programs, assuring that they support Polo Ralph Lauren’s sales, marketing, and profit objectives.


Experience, Skills & Knowledge

·        Track record of leading teams and successfully managing turnover of a similar size.

·        Customer and people focused with in-depth knowledge of developing and implementing excellence in customer service.

·        Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and balance priorities.

·        Competent user of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel).

·        Passion for the brand and an interest in fashion.

·        Strong business acumen and goal oriented.

·        Demonstrated track record of commercial success, leading and developing teams .

·        Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.

·        Strong communication skills and able to foster positive business partnerships.

·        Action oriented with a proactive approach.

·        Passion for the brand and an interest in fashion.

·        Fluency in Danish and English is mandatory, both spoken and written.
