Position Overview

The Business Strategy & Analytics Manager partners closely with the Sourcing Leadership Team to lead strategic initiatives, drive change, deliver data driven insights and translating complex business data into actionable recommendations that support company-wide decision making.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to the Global and Regional Sourcing Leadership Teams, supporting strategy formulation, execution, and communication of strategic priorities
  • Facilitate and drive strategic discussions and decision‑making in leadership meetings
  • Collaborate with global counterparts to gather, consolidate, analyze, and present business data
  • Develop meaningful, actionable insights through robust business analysis to support strategic planning, key initiatives, and cross‑functional projects
  • Lead the creation, execution tracking, and follow‑up of strategic and operational initiatives, with a focus on cost effectiveness and operational efficiency within sourcing
  • Prepare high‑quality business reports and presentations for senior management, including Quarterly Business Updates and Sourcing Matrix reports
  • Provide analytical and strategic support to ad hoc and special projects as required

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
  • Previous consulting experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in apparel and/or non‑apparel sourcing environments is an advantage
  • Strong analytical capability with high attention to detail and the ability to extract deep insights from data
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization, storytelling, and translating analysis into executive‑level presentations
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to build consensus and effective relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders
  • Confident in making data‑driven recommendations and constructively challenging the status quo
  • Highly resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
