Position Overview
We are looking for a Strategic Business Process Manager to support the design and deployment of pricing capabilities across direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels as part of our SAP S/4HANA transformation. The role will focus on establishing streamlined, cross-channel pricing processes across SAP S/4HANA and edge systems, ensuring a single source of truth and timely, accurate data syndication.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and implement business process solutions for
- Integration of retail and wholesale pricing into SAP from Edge systems
- Integration of markdown and promotions into SAP
- Syndication of wholesale and retail prices from SAP to Edge and third-party systems
- Management of wholesale customer-specific pricing and discounts
- Price consistency and accuracy across RL eco-system
- Coordinate across workstreams to establish E2E process flow for niche product categories
- Act as the voice of the business in the transformation program, ensuring business requirements are clearly articulated and prioritized
- Collaborate with IT, commercial, finance, and regional teams to ensure end-to-end process integration
- Support testing, training, and change management activities from a business perspective
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
- Good understanding of DTC and wholesale pricing models, including markdowns, promotions, and customer-specific pricing
- Exposure to working of niche product categories
- Experience with pricing governance, approval workflows, and data syndication processes
- Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and align diverse stakeholders around common goals
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in or with transformation programs or large-scale system implementations
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional languages are an asset
