Position Overview

The Brand Image Specialist, Visual Merchandising, is responsible for supporting visual merchandising, mannequin styling and window installations across the Florida, Charlotte and DC Metro stores. This role ensures the flawless execution of design and merchandising initiatives, maintaining environments that reflect the brand’s aesthetic, heritage, and business goals. The position drives consistent, best‑in‑class execution across all families of business and partners closely with store teams to deliver efficient floor moves, uphold visual standards, and provide training to support ongoing maintenance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with Brand Image leadership and Visual Merchandising teams to plan and execute creative floor moves, including seasonal changeovers, marketing events, and store visits.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure seamless execution of floor sets, corporate initiatives and global directives.
  • Conduct daily walk‑throughs in Miami stores maintaining creative elements and placing newly received products.  Work with creative partners to maintain an elevated customer experience, uphold brand vision, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain consistent communication with store management and work closely with sales teams on the preparation and execution of changeovers, providing timely remote direction and feedback when necessary.
  • Train and educate sales associates on visual standards and daily maintenance practices.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Visual merchandising experience.
  • Proven ability to balance maintenance responsibilities and installations within a rolling calendar.
  • Flexibility to conduct installations outside standard working hours (including evenings, early mornings, weekends and travel).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage punch lists, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills when partnering with peers and supervisors.
  • General computer proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Deep appreciation for and understanding of the Ralph Lauren aesthetic, brand heritage, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
