Position Overview

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Job Description

      Responsible for daily café’s operation, cash handling and customer interaction

      Prepare and promote the high standard coffee, beverages, light food and merchandise

      Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the café environment

      Passion for RL brand and the coffee industry

      Creating the Ralph Coffee’s experience to customers and promoting RL coffee culture

      Insert new customer experiences with Ralph's coffee brand

      Kitchen hygiene knowledge & Barista Qualification is a plus


Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Job Requirement

      Form 5 or above with related Barista vocational training certificate

      Minimum 2 years of relevant experience at and knowledge in coffee, experience at upscale coffee shop or luxury hotels is a plus

      Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with customer oriented mindset

      Able to handle multiple tasks

      A good team player

      Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
