Position Overview

The candidate’s primary responsibilities will be to oversee monitoring of LRD interfaces. This role will coordinate with various teams across the organization (Finance, Supply Chain, IT)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

LRD Interface Monitoring:

  • Daily monitoring LRD interface idocs, failures, exceptions
  • Investigate root causes and follow-up on status tracker of open issues
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure the transactions failures, idocs or missing transactions, master data issues are resolved to complete the end-to-end flow
    • Reprocess the idocs or missing transactions to complete the end-to-end flow
    • Processing blocked Retail on returns transactions (store to DC / store to store) and WHS returns (customer to DC) through the workflow once root cause is addressed
    • Daily Sales to create Revenue
    • Reason code A5 to resolve
    • Resolution of master data issues (material extension, season extension, storage location etc)
  • Work with Director and IT to identify and implement system enhancements to address root cause and to develop tools to automate the identification, investigation and resolution of exceptions

d.       Retail Returns

e.       Direct to Store Process

f.        Retail Sell Through Process

g.       Store to Store movements

  • Timely resolution of LRD interface exceptions
  • Follow-up of pending transaction until resolution
  • Daily re-process of failed transactions

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Retail or multi-unit industries experience a plus Proficiency in Excel and solid understanding of general ledger and inventory sub-ledger applications (SAP a plus)Strong customer service to the business, « can-do» attitudeAbility to work independently, to deliver under pressure in a complex/matrix-type environmentStrong time-management skills, ability to adhere to tight deadlines Experienced in driving improvements and change within a finance function Strong problem solvingAdvanced analytical skills/”out of the box” thinking to logically question and proactively flag potential issuesResults orientated, flexible, resourceful, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple deliverablesHigh system proficiency (multiple systems handling)Excellent communication and organizational skills (written and verbal)Leadership and project management skills
