Position Overview

The Project Manager, PFS role will manage our Polo factory Stores deliveries for all Digital & Store Channels.  Working cross functionally on the project management of shoots, site content, emails, media, and mobile components for our PFS Brand.    Partnering with Production Management, IT, UX/UI, QA, Business Teams, Merchandising, Site, Release Marketing, Studios, and 3rd party vendors, enabling key deliveries for your channels.  This role will require an understanding of the current luxury retail industry, store technology system landscapes, project management processes, agile delivery methodologies and experience in delivering projects on time, within budget while managing interdependencies and ongoing updates.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead PFS Commercial, Marketing and Digital deliveries across all Brands and All Channels managing the master schedule and tracking of all projects.
  • Partner with the Global Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure shoots, site content, emails, media, SMS are on track for all launches.
  • Manage and Update PFS EU Site, Store and Mobile Experiences.  Familiarity with UX/UI Design is required.
  • Partner with Marketing to intake briefs and manage the entire set of all PFS deliveries enabling prioritization internally to ensure all deliveries are made to PFS channels globally
  • Lead and drive the E2E process of all deliverables for PFS channels globally and develop process improvements where possible
  • Partner with 3rd party vendors and vendor Project Manager to ensure all channel deliveries are on time to meet commercial and store deadlines. 
  • Manage business partners and review schedules to ensure optimized 3rd party and internal deliveries.
  • Support the Global PFS projects across EU, APAC, and NA
  • Work closely with employees, contractors and vendor teams holding them accountable for delivery by clearly developing and communicating plans with interdependencies and deliver against the diverse portfolio
  • Develop status reports, timelines, control project scope and economics, approve changes, manage, and resolve issues, risks, and conflicts across all projects in your area.
  • Serve as a single point of contact and the escalation point between cross functional teams for PFS.

  • Partner with marketing & commercial teams to develop clear briefs and timelines outlining business requirements and full user experience to ensure clear deliverables and expectations are met
  • Navigate creative approvals with senior management, marketing partners and creative leads
  • Be a final sign off for your program project to validate all business requirements are being met and all functionality works, prior to approving for releases

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience within the fashion industry is a plus
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities across multiple channels
  • Experience in aggregating deliveries for multiple channels a major plus
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, proven project management skills
  • Strategic thinker, able to translate business objectives into 360 project plans
  • Experience with Monday.Com, Email, Media, and Site Content Creation critical
  • Technical Agile project experience as well as other project methodology experience
  • Experience with Wholesale partners in a retail environment highly advantageous
  • Customer oriented, diplomatic, and able to deftly balance business, creative and tech perspectives
  • Creative, innovative thinker with a solution-oriented approach and ability to identify opportunities and efficiencies
  • Collaborative, motivated, and energetic with ability to motivate teams to produce quality work on time and within budget
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Jira, Confluence, Monday.Com and Project Management software; ability to learn additional systems quickly
