Position Overview

Manage the planning, reporting and forecasting for the Kids replenishment business for RL's wholesale customers
    Key focus to include:
> Responsible for forecasting demand across all replenishment programs
> Responsible for partnering with the production team to maintain targeted ownership levels and fill rates
> Responsible for all weekly performance reporting to senior management.
> Responsible for partnering with the planning and sales organization to help them achieve their account specific goals

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Forecasting/Analysis Process
* Monthly demand forecasts for all programs down to the color and size level
* Weekly conference calls with the sales organization and the accounts to align on strategies and expectations
* Close partnership with production to ensure proper inventory flows
* Accountability for end of month shipments, ownerships and fill rates
* Partner with sales and planning to achieve BSR strategic initiatives
   
Reporting Process
* Weekly / Monthly / Replenishment Reporting
* Make necessary callouts and action plans based on report details
* Follow-up with AE's/Accounts/Planners on action plan 
* End of season reporting by program and by account and price list maintenance

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Strong analytical and mathematical skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong computer skills
* Self motivated and organized
* Bachelor's Degree
* 1-2 years Retail experience preferred but not required
* Computer Skills: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
