POSITION OVERVIEW

The Brand Image Manager, Boston is responsible for delivering best-in-class product presentation, creative rigging and styling in all store environments across women’s, men’s, and kids’ stores. This role manages floor moves and seasonal floor mapping across all brands, ensuring alignment with global brand initiatives and in-store execution.

Acting as a key partner to store directors and department managers, this position drives collaboration and training and applies a strong business lens to balance brand integrity with strategies that drive client engagement and store profitability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages the planning and execution of seasonal floor moves and floor mapping for all brands in their home store and regionally as needed.
  • Support rigging, styling, and logistics for interior and window changeovers for home store and regionally as needed.
  • Partner with store directors and department managers to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with brand standards.
  • Train and mentor store sales teams and Brand Image direct reports within the metro area, fostering creativity and accountability.
  • Support marketing initiatives, ensuring elevated presentation and execution for high-profile events and product launches.
  • Provide feedback to cross-functional partners to continuously improve presentation standards and operational processes.
  • Participate in special projects requiring flexibility to work outside normal business hours and ability to travel to other stores within the region.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex floor moves and installations with precision and creativity.
  • Strong communication and partnership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for brand storytelling and delivering elevated customer experiences.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
