PRZEGLĄD STANOWISKA

The Brand Image Lead, RLS is responsible for delivering best-in-class store environments that reflect Ralph Lauren’s iconic aesthetic. This role combines creative execution, strategic planning, and operational excellence to bring immersive brand experiences to life. The Brand Image Lead ensures alignment with global directives, oversees budgets, and partners closely with store leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business impact.

KLUCZOWE OBOWIĄZKI I ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCI

Creative Execution & Brand Standards
• Lead the execution of Brand Image initiatives across RLS stores
• Translate global brand directives and marketing campaigns into localized, in-store presentations aligned with store profiles
• Ensure consistent brand standards and visual presentation across all locations

Strategic Planning & Partnership
• Partner with regional Merchandising teams on floorplans, seasonal execution strategies, and prioritization
• Collaborate with Store Leadership and District Managers to align on business needs and execution priorities
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships across Finance, Merchandising, and Store Operations

Operational Management
• Oversee planning and execution of seasonal installations, including regular travel to priority stores
• Manage annual and quarterly budgets, including travel expenses, in partnership with Finance and internal stakeholders

Leadership & Talent Development
• Train, mentor, and develop in-store visual teams to drive execution excellence
• Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and strong organizational discipline across teams

DOŚWIADCZENIE, UMIEJĘTNOŚCI I WIEDZA

• Extensive experience in luxury retail visual merchandising or creative presentation
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale installations with precision and creativity
• Expertise in mannequin styling, creative rigging, and spatial composition
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Deep understanding of Ralph Lauren’s brand heritage and aesthetic
• Strong creative and strategic thinker with a highly developed eye for detail
• Highly organized and operationally strong, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative leader who builds strong partnerships, drives alignment, and fosters accountability across teams
• Results-driven, with a focus on execution excellence and maintaining brand consistency
