Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $68200 - $88000 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

POSITION OVERVIEW

 

The Analyst of Web Analytics, RLE-NA supports the RalphLauren.com US e-commerce business within the Ralph Lauren Corporation. Reporting to the VP of Customer Experience & Insights, RLE-NA, this individual will be a key contributor to the success of our fast-growing retail businesses.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

-Leading the development of actionable consumer insights to enhance the digital customer experience and drive conversion for the RalphLauren.com web site

-Functioning as a power user of Adobe Omniture Site Catalyst & Discover and other analytics tools 

-Creating, maintaining & delivering various dashboards & reports for key stakeholders

-Conducting ad hoc analysis for internal partners as requested, including in depth funnel and conversion analysis

-Incorporating industry web analytics best practices and methodologies (e.g., testing and behavioral targeting)

-Supporting the maintenance and development of the web analytics platforms·             

-Collaborating with internal and external partners to develop performance measurement plans for new product launches or campaigns; define targets and deliverables; and communicate performance results to key stakeholders and leadership team

-Supporting Digital Marketing and Site Merchandising teams and developing strong partnerships with cross-functional and inter-company peers

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

-Exemplary analytical capabilities

-Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills

-Understanding of business financials, ROI, & profitability

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner with clear recommendations based on data insight

-Team-player; ability to work with all business divisions in a proactive manner and drive results

-Adapts easily to changing situations and demonstrates flexibility in juggling priorities

-Ability to provide and articulate Omniture tracking and implementation requirements

-Minimum of 2 year of Adobe Analytics/Omniture or CJA experience; DTM experience a plus

-2-3 years previous work experience, ideally within the eCommerce and/or Digital Marketing space
