The Fulfillment Operations Manager (Outbound) is responsible for leading and managing all outbound operations at HKDC to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment across multiple markets. This role is critical for maintaining service levels, supporting cross-border shipments, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. The position also emphasizes leveraging technology, data analytics, and innovative solutions to continuously improve operational performance.
