Positionsübersicht

The Senior Insights & Data Manager, APAC is responsible for defining and leading the regional customer insights and data strategy across APAC DTC businesses. The role serves as the strategic bridge between data, CRM, clienteling, and commercial teams, translating global customer vision into actionable insights that drive acquisition, retention, personalization, and lifetime value growth. Operating in a highly complex, multi-market region, this role ensures consistent measurement, insight generation, and decision support, while flexing for local market maturity and regulatory requirements. 

Wesentliche Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Role Scope & Accountability:
  • Regional owner of APAC customer insights & data strategy 
  • Strategic business partner to CRM, Clienteling, Retail, E-commerce, and IT 
  • Accountable for customer performance insights, reporting frameworks, and analytics 
  • Drives data-led decision-making at APAC leadership level 
  • Aligns APAC needs with Global CIX, data platforms, and AI models 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead APAC customer data and insights strategy aligned with business priorities 
  • Oversee customer data capture, quality, and compliance across retail, digital, and clienteling touchpoints 
  • Drive adoption and optimization of AI models and advanced analytics in CRM and clienteling 
  • Lead APAC-wide customer performance reporting and executive insights 
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure insight-led customer journeys and personalization 




ERFAHRUNG, FÄHIGKEITEN UND KENNTNISSE

Requirements:
  • 8–12 years experience in customer insights, data analytics, CRM, or strategy roles 
  • Regional APAC experience in retail, luxury, FMCG, consulting, or technology environments 
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, and data platforms (e.g., customer data platforms, BI tools)
