Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $85000 - $120000 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview

The senior manager for non-Asia sourcing is responsible for driving regional sourcing strategy to
diversify supply chain and i) identify, ii) qualify and iii) develop nearshore manufacturing capabilities. Oversee supplier relationships, capacity management, and manufacturing across textiles and home
accessories categories while ensuring quality standards, agile service and sustainable practices.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new vendor capabilities in emerging
markets outside Asia. Reapply best practices from RL Apparel Sourcing. Partner Internally and
Externally to enable Home business growth as per long term strategy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Regional supplier development and capability assessment in Europe, Turkey, North Africa and
Americas
· Supplier relationship management (onboarding, implement supplier engagement strategies, ensure
alignment with corporate sustainability goals, and performance metrics)
· Drive cost optimization initiatives and manufacturing process improvements
· Maintain supplier scorecards – focus on MOQ, Quality, On Time Delivery, Leadtime
· Strategic capacity planning and allocation (CAM)
· Manage delivery schedules and commitments
· Supply chain risk management
· Monitoring testing, compliance requirements and quality control standards
· Report on KPIs, market intelligence, and macroeconomic impacts
· Partner with Product Management and Design team on seasonal sourcing strategies
· Partner with Operations team on Vendor performance analysis.
· Identify actions and coordinate execution to improve the Vendor performance
· Leverage Home PMO team to deliver strategic Sourcing projects

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

· 7+ years of sourcing experience in home textiles, accessories or related consumer goods
· Strong negotiation and analytical skills
· Experience vendor development and relationship management internationally
· Deep understanding of home category, materials and manufacturing processes
· Knowledge of quality standards, testing requirements, and compliance regulations
· Proven track record of cost savings and process improvements
· Strong project management and organizational abilities
· Proficiency in sourcing systems is a plus (VMS, o9, SAP, Microstrategy, etc.)
· Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
