Position Overview

Ralph Lauren is embarking on a multi-year Transformational journey to Digitize the Value Chain which will reinvent the way we work by leveraging our talent and creativity with the latest innovations, lean processes, data driven & implementing modern technologies.  

The Program will consist of COE teams across 4 Tracks: Product Transformation, Supplier Collaboration, Supply & Demand Alignment and a Data team that will consist of a hybrid of talent with business, technology and analytical experience.

This role is responsible for assisting the Supplier Collaboration COE team in Transforming how we Collaborate with our Finished Goods and Raw Material suppliers.  The selected candidate will possess advanced expertise level in the subject of Technology with PLM, Vendor Management and Supply Planning Applications.  The primary focus of this role is centered on supporting the transformation of working in new ways with our suppliers and continuous development of Logility VMS and O9.  They act as a key liaison with cross functional partners to ensure that the business needs are being met and that the business users can perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.

The Analyst for the Supplier Collaboration Transformation track is a role that will report into the Supplier Lead for Technology.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Understand the Strategy and Vision for Ralph Lauren’s multi-year journey to Digitize the Value Chain and be part of Supplier Collaboration COE in delivering the user experiences around Supplier Transformation
  • Participate in solution design discussions with key IT/Business partners to assess, develop and document requirements and map the process work flow
  • Learn the system configuration of NGC/Andromeda Vendor Management module
  • Develop proto types to meet the business requirements allowing the business to iterate to achieve the desired output
  • Provide necessary support in validating the packaged releases by the cloud vendor
  • Support Data migration / Data integration relevant activities
  • Provide as needed support and guidance to a broad internal and external global user community


Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s preferred
  • 2 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Strong problem solving, collaboration, communication and presentation skills; ability to effectively interact with team members and cross functional partners
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
  • Must be self-motivated/self-starter in a fast paced environment with the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience working with an Agile methodology is a plus
  • Experience with Apparel or Supply Chain industry is a plus
