Position Overview
As the Manager, Go-To-Market Strategies, you will serve as a strategic partner to corporate and field partners to deliver a comprehensive plan for seasonal execution, product, and initiative launches. This role drives targeted and channel revenue growth while minimizing inventory liability. Through a 360° alignment approach, the plan will connect product strategies to customer experience and inspire employee engagement.
Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify new opportunities and closing gaps in missed opportunities, with a focus on North American key city ecosystems. You will be ultimately accountable for bringing our in-season business strategy to life.
The ideal candidate brings strong intuition, passion for product, creativity, and a proven ability to synthesize information and influence leaders while staying deeply connected to the retail employee population.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Trend Analysis, Market Research & Recommender

Conduct competitor analysis, pricing research, product research, consumer and market research on a seasonal basis to ensure competitive advantage with assortments, merchandise and pricing strategies.

Research regional and NA key city ecosystem retail trends with insights into wholesale and digital.

Consolidate research, trend analysis and feedback into comprehensive scorecards to identify and socialize opportunities and maximize successes.

Produce and share regular standardized briefs on observations of assortment alignment to customer trends.

Identify synergies and gaps between current line/assortment and market needs that equate to revenue and margin opportunities.

Recommend new ideas and opportunities to drive revenue, retain clients, and attract new customers.
Partner Engagement & Experience Building

Ensure the right touchpoints and resources are in place throughout the planning process to align product strategy and execution within the overall retail lifecycle.

Lead and drive execution of 360 customer experiences that connect product initiatives to consumer journey experience.

Articulate and interpret inspiration, assortment, buys, product related GTM strategies for Field.

Align commercial calendar events with tactics for store execution and client engagement.

Partner with L&D on product knowledge training curriculum direction and content.

Support and design execution strategies for key Visual Merchandising initiatives to increase in-season sales for our stores.

Analyze customer feedback to validate strategy while working with cross-functional partners to build and expand our solutions.

Monitor key performance indicators, including productivity, sales, and employee engagement outcomes.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Demonstrated track record of progressive growth and increasing levels of responsibility in trend analysis, strategy, communications, or product-related project management.

Proven ability to effectively influence decisions and drive outcomes across all organizational levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership.

Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Experience working with retail or product teams is highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to transform complex data and research findings into compelling narratives.

Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication, active listening, and facilitation, coupled with the ability to foster collaborative relationships across departments.

Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides).

Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet or similar); Excellent Excel & Adobe Acrobat skills; Strong Word, Outlook & Adobe Suite.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet project deadlines and operational needs as required, approximately 25% of the time needs
