Position Overview
Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at the Ralph Lauren Store in Emporia, Malmö. This is an excellent opportunity to represent one of the world's most iconic luxury lifestyle brands and deliver exceptional shopping experiences to our discerning customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by building genuine relationships and understanding client needs.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice to customers.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store presentation reflects the Ralph Lauren brand aesthetic.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Passion for fashion, luxury retail, and the Ralph Lauren brand.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales orientation with a natural ability to connect with customers.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Fluency in Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus.
