Do you enjoy solving complex problems while seeking to invent and simplify?  Do you enjoy leveraging your creativity to build solutions to real world problems?  The Strategy & Operations team is looking for a energetic talent for future analyst opportunities in North Carolina, New York & Hong Kong.  We want creative, analytical and strategic thinkers, who are passionate about Ralph Lauren and the future of the brand.  


The mission of the team is to deliver the company’s “Next Great Chapter” plan to drive long term profitable growth by focusing on:

As an Analyst, your responsibilities and typical activities will include:

  • Driving progression of the strategy & communicate progress with key stakeholders
  • Co-developing the goals for key metrics to measure success of the strategy
  • Utilizing data to influence and improve decision making across operational processes
  • Analyzing trends & lead publication/review during team meetings
  • Tracking associated actions taken in response to trends
  •  Collaborate with senior management to refresh the strategy & goals each year

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Knowledge and/or Key Competencies preferred:

·        Candidates for the position should demonstrate acumen across one or more of the below:

·        Analytics – ability to visualize datasets to gain insights, knowledge of advanced analytics methodologies

·        Strategic Planning – ability to distill information down to concise summaries & steps

·        Change Management – ability to lead change through a structured PMO process

·        Must possess interpersonal and facilitation skills in a dynamic environment

·        Ability to develop relationships & work cross-functionally across all levels of organization

·        Professional, proven verbal & written communication skills

·        Ability to balance short term tactical decisions with long term strategic thinking

·        Experience and passion to work in a fast-paced agile environment, delivering functional features in small time durations

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Education and experience preferred:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Strategy or equivalent.
  • 2+ year’s experience administering high profile projects with interface to senior leadership
  • 2+ years’ experience using visualization tools (MicroStrategy, Qlikview, etc.)
  • 2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain and/or Fashion Apparel industry a plus
