Join the iconic world of Ralph Lauren Home at our prestigious Harrods location. We're seeking an exceptional sales professional to help our discerning clients create their dream living spaces through our luxury home collections.

What You'll Do
- Create unforgettable client experiences by providing expert guidance on our luxury home collections
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-profile clients through personalised service both in-store and digitally
- Design compelling presentations and inspiration boards that bring Ralph Lauren concepts to life
- Manage client projects from initial consultation through to final installation
- Provide expert advice on interior spaces, proportions, and styling
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest level of client service
- Contribute to showroom excellence and seasonal transformations
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
What You'll Need
- Proven luxury home/home retail sales
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and spatial planning
- Excellent eye for detail and creative presentation skills
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD/SketchUp)
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience working with high-net-worth clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
Bonus Skills
- 3D and CGI rendering capabilities
- Knowledge of the luxury home market
- Experience in project management
- Additional language skills
