Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and style-conscious Sales Associate to join our menswear team at NK Stockholm. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service while helping our clients elevate their personal style through our premium menswear collections.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences by understanding individual client needs and style preferences.
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and clienteling.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising standards.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and inventory management.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Previous experience in luxury or premium menswear retail.
• Genuine passion for men's fashion and current style trends.
• Strong selling skills with a proven track record in retail sales.
• Flexible availability including weekends, weekdays, evenings, peak shopping hours and periods (eg. Holidays, season sales). 
• Professional appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of the luxury retail market.
• Experience with clienteling and CRM systems (preferred).
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
