Position Overview

*Role based in Central region*

The Associate, Regional Intelligence - Central, RL-NA supports the Customer Intelligence Center of Excellence for the Central region. Reporting to the VP of Customer Marketing, this individual will be a key contributor to identifying opportunities in the Region and facilitating the execution of identified strategies. The individual will play an integral role in building and evolving marketing insights in the Central Region.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop regular consumer insights for the region and stores within to provide a framework to guide a strategic discussion about consumer strategies
  • Augment quantitative insights with qualitative data about the region
  • Organize outreach strategies and lists to support areas of opportunity for the region
  • Study and report on outreach performance and activities by store in the region to maintain accountability
  • Responsible for delivering recommendations to evolve our engagement strategies and manage consumer experiences in the region
  • Build customer acquisition and retention goals by store and by brand for the Central Region
  • Develop strategies to increase acquisition and retention of profitable customers in the region
  • Apply outreach methodologies and goals for PFS stores in the region.
  • Build a framework for SMS signup goals in RLS for the region
  • Leverage Real Estate dashboard and qualitative insights in the region to help identify new store opportunities as well as assortment opportunities in each store.
  • Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional and inter-company peers

Experience, Skills & Knowledge


  • Market knowledge in the Central Region
  • Well-versed in the Ralph Lauren business
  • Quantitative Analytical ability
  • Analytical or Marketing role within a Retail company a plus


  • Articulate thoughts eloquently for multiple levels of management
  • Strong understanding of the Ralph Lauren brand and enthusiastic willingness to learn
  • Ability to see from the customers’ perspective and serve as their advocate
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills with an ability to make decisions for the business
  • Team-player; ability to work with all business divisions in a proactive manner and drive results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner with clear recommendations based on data insight
  • Adapts easily to changing situations and demonstrates flexibility in juggling priorities
