Position Overview
- Attend college full-time in the United States and be entering your final semester or year of undergraduate studies with a graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to work in an in-person or hybrid workplace environment arrangement
- Available the entire duration of the 10-week internship and reside within a commutable distance to one of our office locations (NY, NJ, NC). A housing stipend will be provided to help with travel and accommodations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Compile reference materials, pull swipe and provide creative input across stills and video concepts for 360 campaigns.
- Assist in the development of creative assets across print and digital platforms, including hands-on involvement in designing presentation decks and seasonal toolkits.
- Create print and digital marketing materials for campaigns, social media, and e-commerce.
- Build cohesive social media pulses, including stories and grid-facing posts.
- Design moodboards to support campaign storytelling.
- Research and report on design and fashion trends from a social-first lens.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure brand consistency across all projects.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Strong technical skills in Adobe programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge) and knowledge of other design applications.
- Excellent understanding of typography and layout design.
- Technical understanding of social media, specifically TikTok and Instagram.
- Acute attention to detail across all projects.
- Strong time management skills and ability to balance multiple projects at once.
- Ability to communicate concepts and design decisions effectively to creative team, as well as with cross functional partners.
- Social media - must have a good pulse on fashion, trend reporting
- Strong understanding and appreciation of the Ralph Lauren aesthetic, brand heritage, and the retail industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong writing and math skills; retail math a plus
- Highly organized and eager team player
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and deliver results with attention to detail
- Thinks strategically to seize opportunities and solve problems
- Active listener with strong communication; clearly communicates ideas, both written and verbally
- Ability to balance creativity with practicality
