POSITION OVERVIEW
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Greet customers and actively engage guests to purchase Ralph’s Coffee Merchandise
· Process credit card transactions on POS system
· Assist customers looking to buy Ralph’s merchandise, this entails knowledge of our current stock and prices, as well as timelines for restock
· Restock merchandise and ensure that all merchandise displays are organized and presentable for service.
· Track inventory daily and inform management when stock is low
· Create par levels for merchandise and place orders for restocks
· Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
· Adhere to the Ralph Coffee and Ralph Lauren uniform and brand image
· Ability to work as part of the team in a fast-paced work environment
· Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
· Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
· Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
· Must have 1+years Previous experience in a related position.
· Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
· Available to work flexible hours including: Early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/ or holidays.
· Basic Math skills.
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time and requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency with various POS's is Preferred
