POZİSYONA GENEL BAKIŞ

  • The North America Sales Audit Analyst is a key resource in the controllership and financial close process each month.
  • This position assists in the analytics that support key business decisions.
  • The analyst works to provide the seamless, accurate, and timely flow of financial information.
  • This position works in shift hours to support North America business needs.

TEMEL GÖREVLER VE SORUMLULUKLAR

  • Ensure that all daily ECOM files are received from processors and reconciled in ReconNet 
  • Assist in month-end financial close, including journal entry analysis and preparation
  • Provide value added analytics that help the company continue to move forward
  • Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
  • Assist with gift card related reconciliations and reporting on an as needed basis
  • Confirm the accuracy of reconciliations completed through ReconNet
  • Maintain aging reports and research aged items in a timely manner
  • Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Ad hoc analysis
  • Assist retail operations for customer support.

DENEYİM, BECERİ VE BİLGİ

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting
  • Results orientated, resourceful and problem-solving attitude
  • Retail – Ecommerce / apparel industry experience 
  • Ability to operate independently within a complex matrix environment, exercising sound judgment in balancing commercial priorities with financial control
  • Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Experience in SAP S4 HANA, SAP ECC is a plus.
