PRZEGLĄD STANOWISKA


We are seeking a self-motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React Native for frontend development, NestJS for backend services, GraphQL API design and integration, and AI-enabled application development using Azure AI Foundry to build and enhance high-quality digital solutions within the Ralph Lauren Consumer Technology division. This role will be responsible for developing scalable mobile experiences, building robust backend services, enabling seamless data exchange across platforms, integrating Oracle Web APIs and other enterprise services, and delivering intelligent capabilities that support consumer-facing technology initiatives.
 
This position requires close collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and AI stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver end-to-end solutions across mobile frontend and backend systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in building intuitive React Native applications, designing and developing backend services with NestJS, implementing efficient GraphQL APIs, integrating Oracle Web APIs and other enterprise services, and enabling AI-powered capabilities through Azure AI Foundry, while ensuring performance, scalability, maintainability, and secure service integration.

KLUCZOWE OBOWIĄZKI I ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCI

• Full Stack Application Development: Design, develop, enhance, and maintain end-to-end digital solutions across mobile frontend and backend systems using React Native, NestJS, and GraphQL, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high-quality user experiences.
• React Native Frontend Development: Build responsive and reusable mobile UI components, implement application flows, manage state effectively, and translate business and design requirements into intuitive consumer-facing experiences.
• NestJS Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain backend services, business logic, integration layers, and Oracle Web API integrations using NestJS and Node.js to support secure, scalable, and maintainable application functionality.
• GraphQL API Design and Integration: Develop, integrate, and optimize GraphQL APIs through effective schema design, resolver implementation, and seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Azure AI Foundry Integration: Support AI-enabled application capabilities by integrating Azure AI Foundry services to enable intelligent workflows, automation, and personalized user experiences where appropriate.
• System Integration and Performance Optimization: Ensure efficient frontend-backend communication, integrate backend services with Oracle Web APIs and other enterprise systems, monitor and improve application performance, troubleshoot issues across the stack, and optimize solutions for maintainability, security, and scalability.
• Testing, Quality, and Engineering Standards: Write and maintain unit tests, participate in code reviews, follow coding standards, address maintainability concerns, and support secure, high-quality software delivery across application components.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Agile Delivery: Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, DevOps, QA, and AI stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver features on time, support releases, and continuously improve digital products and platforms.

DOŚWIADCZENIE, UMIEJĘTNOŚCI I WIEDZA

Technical Skills:
• Strong experience in React Native with JavaScript/TypeScript, including component-based architecture, state management, navigation, and mobile performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience building backend services with NestJS and Node.js, including modular architecture, business logic implementation, and REST/GraphQL API integration.
• Strong understanding of GraphQL schema design, resolver development, API consumption, and efficient data flow.
• Experience integrating Oracle Web APIs and other enterprise services with secure, reliable data exchange, authentication handling, and error management.
• Familiarity with unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance tuning across frontend and backend components.
• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, secure coding practices, and modern engineering standards across the app.
AI Integration:
• Experience integrating Azure AI Foundry or related Azure AI services into applications to support intelligent workflows, automation, AI-assisted experiences, and scalable service orchestration.
Collaboration & Professional Experience:
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and communicate technical solutions clearly.
• Experience contributing to code reviews, coding standards, and maintainable, secure full stack solutions.
• Professional experience delivering features through development, testing, deployment, integration, and production support.
Quality, Testing & Delivery:
• Experience writing and maintaining unit tests using Jest or similar frameworks, supporting broader testing efforts, and resolving code quality, maintainability, and technical debt issues.
• Knowledge of application security fundamentals, secure coding practices, API reliability, observability, and CI/CD pipelines to support reliable build, test, deployment, and release workflows
