Position

To strengthen our RALPH LAUREN Full Price Store in Prague, we are looking for a committed (Senior) Client Advisor (m/f/d) on a full-time basis.

Your Role

As part of our team—driven by passion, ambition, and expertise—you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide professional, high-level advice to our discerning clientele
• Build and maintain your own customer base
• Present and sell our products in line with our visual merchandising guidelines

What you bring

• 2–3 years of experience in fashion retail, ideally in the premium or luxury segment
• Strong service and sales orientation with a genuine passion for working with customers
• “Skill & Will” – the willingness and ability to learn and grow
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a structured, organized way of working
• Enthusiasm for our brand and products
• German language skills
