POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Manager, People Business Partner will play a strategic role in driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and a high performance culture for Ralph Lauren’s Technology teams in India. This role partners closely with senior technology leaders, centers of excellence (Talent, Total Rewards, Employee Learning Experience), and global People Partners to deliver business outcomes and elevate talent experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:


The ideal candidate brings strong HR business partnering experience within a Technology environment, thrives in a matrixed global setup, and is passionate about shaping culture in a dynamic, fast growing function
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to India Technology leaders on people strategy, organizational design, and talent planning.
  • Translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives that improve productivity, engagement, and outcomes.
  • Partner globally to maintain alignment with Ralph Lauren’s talent philosophy
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and capability building for the Technology function.
  • Identify skill gaps and partner with ELX to design tech focused learning journeys.
  • Support change management efforts as the technology organization evolves.
  • Lead initiatives related to Inclusion, well-being, culture transformation, and employee engagement to foster a positive workplace environment. 





EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Requirements:
  • MBA in Human Resources from premium institute
  • 12-15 years of HR experience with exposure of working in GCCs with matrix structures preferably supporting Technology/Engineering/Product teams
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Deep understanding of HR fundamentals: talent management, employee engagement, ER, workforce planning, performance management
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using dashboards and data insights
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change
