PANORAMICA DELLA POSIZIONE
The Brand Marketing Operations Manager, Wholesale is responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of seasonal and ongoing marketing initiatives across Wholesale Retail Partners and Family of Businesses. This role serves as a key connector across Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Planning, Digital, and external partners to help translate marketing strategies into clear execution plans that are delivered on time and aligned to business priorities.
This role balances strong project management with hands-on operational execution, supporting marketing processes, timelines, and cross-functional workflows that enable consistent omni-channel delivery. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
MANSIONI E RESPONSABILITÀ ESSENZIALI
Marketing Operations & Planning
· Manage end-to-end marketing workflows and timelines across the seasonal product lifecycle, from concept through execution and retail readiness.
· Maintain marketing calendars, hierarchy calendars, sequencing, taxonomy, and customer journey frameworks aligned to assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
· Ensure marketing plans remain aligned to final assortment, volumes by category, pricing plans, and promotional calendars, adjusting execution plans as inputs evolve.
· Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for marketing operational readiness across FOBs and retail partners.
Cross-Functional Execution & Alignment
· Coordinate across Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Design, Planning, Digital, Visual, and Media teams to support integrated execution.
· Facilitate cross-functional milestone meetings, working sessions, and touchbases to align on inputs, outputs, ownership, and timelines.
· Translate marketing strategy into clear execution plans, ensuring dependencies and handoffs are understood across teams.
· Partner with Channel Leads and retail partners to support partner-specific execution needs while maintaining consistency and efficiency.
Campaign, Briefing & Asset Operations
· Develop and manage clear marketing and creative briefs, ensuring alignment to business objectives, product strategy, and channel requirements.
· Support execution readiness for omni-channel campaigns, including site experience, email/SMS, social, digital marketing, in-store signage, and partner collateral.
· Coordinate timelines and dependencies for creative strategy, asset development, photoshoots, content creation, and execution kickoffs.
· Ensure assets and deliverables are downstream-ready for launch across channels and retail partners.
Process, Budget & Operational Excellence
· Manage marketing project management tools, trackers, and operating cadences across initiatives.
· Partner with Directors and senior leaders to support budget tracking, timeline management, resourcing inputs, and prioritization discussions.
· Support invoice tracking, budget pacing, and vendor coordination to ensure operational accuracy and follow-through.
· Identify execution risks early and recommend solutions to keep work on track.
Performance, Insights & Continuous Improvement
· Support monthly and seasonal marketing hindsight reviews, helping synthesize insights across channels and campaigns.
· Partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Analytics teams to connect marketing performance insights to future seasonal planning and execution improvements.
· Document and apply learnings to improve process efficiency, speed-to-market, and execution quality.
· Contribute to the evolution of marketing best practices across FOBs and retail partners.
ESPERIENZA, COMPETENZE E CONOSCENZE
· 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, integrated marketing, or cross-channel marketing roles.
· Experience managing multi-channel marketing workflows in a retail, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment.
· Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
· Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, Planning, Digital, and external partners.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans.
· Experience supporting budgets, timelines, trackers, and vendor coordination.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
