DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL DEL PUESTO

Join the Ralph Lauren Purple Label team in our Italy Sourcing Office and become part of the journey behind some of the finest luxury knitwear crafted in Italy.

Reporting to the Production Lead, this role will support the end-to-end production process for Menswear Purple Label Knitwear, working closely with Product Development, Raw Materials, and a network of premier Italian manufacturing partners. As part of a collaborative sourcing and production team responsible for multiple product categories, you will help ensure to achieve costing and deliveries standards and goals.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES

Responsible for deliveries of follow-up of fabric from mill to logistic/manufacturers   and finished ex-factory products.

Partnership with NY and Manager to handle fabric orders of long lead time fabric + short lead time for her categories.

Responsible of costing activities from flash cost to final, maintenance and updating of  AT and PLM.

Follow-up of fabric testing (failure) issues with Quality Manager.

Follow-up of fabric approval, 1st cut, with Fabric and Quality Manager.

Follow-up of stock approval, with Product team.

Follow-up of deliveries from T&A to production plan and updates.

Reporting to NY on deliveries status W.I.P.

Airtable web portal and SAP purchase orders deliveries maintance.

All other operation activities related to production area. 

EXPERIENCIA, COMPETENCIAS Y CONOCIMIENTOS

    • 4-year college degree, preferred or equivalent experience
    • Good  verbal and written (email) communication in English
    • Proficient in all computer systems: Intermediate to advanced Excel (i.e. pivot tables, v lookups etc.) PowerPoint, Word.
    • Team working
    • Plus, if have experience in SAP-PLM-GEF
  • Starting base salary equal to € 32.000 (full-time). Once the successful candidate is selected, the salary offer will be based on objective and gender-neutral criteria such as experience, skills, responsibilities, and location.
  • Contractual level: CCNL Commercio – Level 4. Temporary contract for maternity cover.
  • Meal Vouchers: €8.65/day per worked day of at least 6 hours.
