DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL DEL PUESTO


The Associate, Media Marketing – Paid Social supports the planning, execution, and optimization of Paid Social media campaigns across key platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and performance outcomes. This role sits within the North America Media & Digital Marketing team and partners closely with internal stakeholders, media agencies, and platform vendors to deliver best-in-class paid social execution. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Paid Social, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset with a desire to grow within a dynamic digital marketing environment.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES


  • Support the execution and launch of paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.
  • Assist with campaign planning and execution, including ownership of the creative briefing process, manage asset trafficking, and implement ongoing optimizations aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Creative, Brand Marketing, PR, Organic Social, and Performance Marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
  • Work closely with media agencies and platform partners to implement campaigns, track deliverables, and trouble-shoot.
  • Monitor campaign performance using platform analytics and third-party tools; contribute to pulling actionable insights, provide optimization recommendations, and support ad hoc analysis.
  • Support budget tracking and execute invoice reconciliation to ensure accurate spend and efficient media execution.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and weekly/seasonal performance summaries.
  • Stay informed on platform updates, consumer trends, and competitive activity to support continuous improvement.

EXPERIENCIA, COMPETENCIAS Y CONOCIMIENTOS


  • 2–4 years of experience in paid social media or digital marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative team player with attention to detail.
  • Interest in digital innovation, social media trends, and performance marketing.
