Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $85000 - $161444 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

POSITION OVERVIEW


​​We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Sr. Manager of Media Analytics to lead day-today media measurement, performance analysis, and reporting across key channels. This role will help turn campaign and channel data into actionable insights that improve media effectiveness and support smarter investment decisions. 

The ideal candidate is AI native, bringing strong experience in media analytics, marketing measurement, and cross-channel performance analysis. Critical to the role is the ability to integrate AI to improve workflow and output. You will partner closely with media, business planning, finance, and data science teams to improve reporting, strengthen forecasting, support testing and attribution, and ensure media investments are measured consistently and effectively. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Lead ongoing media performance analysis across digital, linear, and emerging channels, identifying trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Deliver clear, actional reporting on campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and ROI for marketing and business stakeholders.
  • Manage forecasting and performance pacing processes to support planning, budget tracking, and investment decisions.
  • Partner with internal analytics, media, and data science teams to support attribution, incrementality testing, and broader measurement initiatives.
  • Align with cross functional partners on KPIs, reporting definitions, and measurement standards to improve consistency and decision quality.
  • Support management of analytics tools, data providers, and external measurement partners to meet business and reporting needs.
  • Manage and develop analysts or junior team members, providing direction, coaching, and quality oversight.
  • Develop AI-based solutions to generate practical improvements in measurement processes, reporting workflows, and analytics capabilities. based on business needs and industry changes.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

​​​Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in media analytics, marketing science, or related analytical function related to retail eCommerce businesses. 
  • Expertise in Adobe Analytics and foundations required for successful use of the platform.
  • Strong experience in cross-functional media measurement, performance reporting, and campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics platforms, media platforms, and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe, DV360, Meta, Tableau, or PowerBI.
  • Working knowledge of attribution methods, testing frameworks, and core statistical concepts used in marketing measurement.
  • Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate analysis into clear business recommendations.
Preferred Skills:
  • Curiosity inclusive of a desire to use AI to evolve measurement, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience in retail and/or eCommerce industries, particularly pertaining to partnering with eCommerce business planning teams.
  • Familiarity with privacy-first measurement approaches (e.g., clean rooms, modeled conversions, etc.)
  • Experience and facility with Adobe Analytics.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R, is a plus
