The Senior Fulfillment Operation Analyst (Outbound) supports the execution of outbound operations at HKDC, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment across multiple markets. This role focuses on operational execution, coordination with 3PL partners, and resolving daily outbound issues. The position also supports continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data, systems, and process enhancements to maintain high service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Základní povinnosti a odpovědnosti

  • Support daily outbound operations and coordinate with 3PL partners for timely dispatch
  • Execute order prioritization based on business and market requirements
  • Handle outbound exceptions (e.g., discrepancies, delays, system issues) and escalate when needed
  • Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely pickup and delivery
  • Support HK Pool Point operations and carton refurbishment processes
  • Collaborate with Planning, Customer Service, and commercial teams for smooth execution
  • Prepare outbound reports and track performance metrics
  • Monitor KPIs and assist in driving improvements in lead time and accuracy
  • Identify process gaps and support workflow optimization
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures
  • Support system enhancements and WMS improvements
  • Liaise with IT on system issues and enhancement requests
  • Assist in using BI tools for performance tracking
  • Support automation and process improvement projects

ZKUŠENOSTI, DOVEDNOSTI A ZNALOSTI

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in outbound logistics or fulfillment operations
  • Knowledge of WMS, inventory management, and outbound processes
  • Strong problem-solving and operational execution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work cross-functionally
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution focus
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic data analysis
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
