Position Overview

The Digital Content Manager, North America Wholesale will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies for wholesale.com media landing pages (sitelets). This role will leverage regional insights balanced with global brand messaging to drive the third-party NA eCommerce business, meeting financial, customer and engagement deliverables by collaborating and consolidating all content requirements for Wholesale account partners. The Manager will help define site strategies to support business objectives, brand elevation, and improved quality of sales by delivering enhanced storytelling in  partnership with NA Marketing and Digital teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support NA Wholesale.com financial goals by developing best-in-class sitelets, taking into account business plans, site strategies and marketing priorities
  • Develop and maintain a sitelet calendar across all partner sites and families of business
  • Brief and project manage sitelets in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Digital, working in conjunction with the Agency and account partners to execute
  • Bring content, UX and UI expertise and point of view to help inform development of sitelets
  • Partner to ensure creative assets and content refreshes are executed on-time with both internal and external partners, including approvals from relevant teams
  • Define KPIs, collect results, analyze performance, develop key actions and communicate results to cross-functional teams
  • Create a seamless global omni-channel experience by ensuring consistency of Wholesale with DTC, stores and online

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities with business judgement
