Position Overview
Greet guests and clients with warmth and professionalism making them feel appreciated from the moment they enter. Create an exceptional first impression, represent the brand's values and image through appearance and behavior.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
RECEPTION:
Anticipate and attend to guests' needs, such as offering to store coats, providing refreshments, or assisting with any immediate requirements.
• Guest Welcome and Interaction
• Handling VIP and high-profile guests
• Managing guest flow and wait times
• Understanding guest expectations
• Handling initial inquiries, directing guests to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Contributing to the overall luxurious atmosphere by ensuring the reception area is immaculate and aligned with the brand's aesthetic.
• Guiding guests through the showrooms
• Appointment scheduling
• Basic record-keeping
• Handling challenging situations professionally
• Dress code and grooming standards
BACK OFFICE:
• Handle scheduling, confirm appointments, and manage any changes or special requests. Contact clients to confirm their scheduled appointments
• Prepare a list of all employees and temporary staff who will be utilizing the catering services.
• Oversee and coordinate the booking process for both the conference room and clubroom in cooperation with the showroom team
• Coordinate and oversee dining and accommodation reservations upon request
• Print documents for the management upon request
• Stationery management
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
• Precise and detail orientated.
• Fluent in English is a must
• Communication and collaboration skills.
• Good knowledge of Office.
• Analyzing issues and solving problems.
• Positive approach and welcoming smile when greeting guests
• Cultural Sensitivity
