Position Overview
Role: To support the creative aspect of the wholesale business in United Kingdom. Reporting to the Head of Creative Services and working closely with their EU counterparts, the candidate will contribute to the design and implementation of seasonal presentations, showcases and special projects/events.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Showroom:
- Support the installation of seasonal showrooms of all brands. Following the New York aesthetic while adapting to the spaces in the UK showroom.
- Source and purchase essential accessories and materials, furniture, artwork, frames, mannequins, and other essential decorative items, efficiently and economically.
- Focus on the styling of models and busts according to the direction of New York and seasonal trends. Adding/purchasing accessories as needed.
- Source and purchase essential accessories and materials, furniture, artwork, frames, mannequins, and other essential decorative items, efficiently and economically.
- Product placement and presentation of new collections of all brands across Ralph Lauren portfolio. (Mens, Womens, Kids, Accessories)
- Communicate effectively with suppliers (carpenters, painters, logistics, etc.) and direct them during installations. Find the best cost-effective resource for the project.
- Foster strong communication with service colleagues, internal partners, and vendors.
Special Events/ Projects:
- Assist with the planning and installation of storefronts/pop-ups.
- Partnership and collaborate with Marketing Department to design and execute seasonal window roll-outs, events, launches and special projects for UK.
- Partnership with Global Projects & Events teams, supporting all creative and visual events of all UK projects. Convey the RL lifestyle where the event is located and collaborate to represent the brands identity in the space.
- Travel to support EU teams during window displays and event projects.
- Understand budgets and track project-related costs. Utilise the purchasing system to raise purchase orders for suppliers.

- Confident in solving problems and offering good solutions.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Passion and keen interest in construction and architecture.
- Knowledge in the relevant field (display, visual merchandising, styling)
- Good knowledge of Adobe CS and Sketch-Up
- Good skills with Microsoft 365.
- 2 strategic cycles or the equivalent in similar showroom and events role.
