Position Overview
The Sales Assistant, Childrenswear, supports the Childrenswear Sales Team for North America. This role acts as both the sample Coordinator for Childrenswear and as Sales support for the wholesale sales team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
-Accurately catalog and organize all sample arrivals
-Optimize showroom storage to maintain multiple seasons of Childrenswear samples
-Build strong partnerships across the organization so multiple teams are able to utilize samples and showroom space
-Support marketing and advertising requests for product
-Create reporting to accurate track % of samples received by season
-Maintain pristine selling showrooms and support during market
-Assist Sales Leads in Sales support, including reporting wholesale sales and downloading financial metrics from retailer portals
-Complete Ad hoc reports for Sales projects and analysis
-Support Specialty Sales Lead by building and presenting streamlined Assortments to Specialty accounts
-Create and present reporting to retail merchants curating feedback from RL Field Teams
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Independent Self-starter
- Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, Advanced excel skills
- Ability to multi task. Detail and solution oriented
- Team Player with ability to cross collaborate
- Hybrid position, but able to work in office approximately 80% of work week
