PRZEGLĄD STANOWISKA

As part of the Product Management team, this Senior Manager role leads product lifecycle management for the Knits and Sweaters category, partnering closely with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Raw Materials, Sourcing Offices, Factories, and Mills to ensure product integrity from concept and sampling through bulk production. This individual owns seasonal execution, drives alignment across cross-functional partners, resolves product and production issues, and supports strategies that deliver the best balance of design intent, quality, cost, lead time, and brand standards.

KLUCZOWE OBOWIĄZKI I ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCI

             Own and maintain seasonal product data and line management tools throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring knits and sweaters updates are accurate, timely, and clearly communicated to cross-functional teams.

             Track KPIs, seasonal milestones, and category performance to monitor progress against product, costing, quality, delivery, and margin objectives.

             Lead development calendars, TNA plans, and key activities from concept through store delivery, with specific focus on yarn development, lab dips, stitch approvals, sample tracking, production readiness, and on-time delivery.

             Partner with Design, Technical Design, and Product Testing teams to ensure knitwear construction, fit, yarn quality, gauges, stitches, finishing, and performance meet Product Standards/RL requirements.

             Drive development and production costing for knits and sweaters, including cost engineering, yarn and trim cost review, margin analysis, negotiations, and timely communication of cost updates to cross-functional partners.

             Partner with Merchandising, Raw Materials, Sourcing, and Supply Chain teams to manage sourcing allocations, capacity planning, production status, shipment schedules, and delivery milestones.

             Identify, escalate, and resolve risks related to yarn availability, minimums, lead times, quality, cost fluctuations, capacity, or delivery while upholding brand standards and operational excellence.

             Lead weekly cross-functional meetings, drive accountability against key decisions and deliverables, and mentor team members to build category expertise and strengthen execution.

DOŚWIADCZENIE, UMIEJĘTNOŚCI I WIEDZA

        Bachelor’s degree preferred

        Experience in apparel product management, product development, production, or sourcing, with strong experience in knits and sweaters

        Deep knowledge of knitwear construction, yarns, gauges, stitches, finishing techniques, fit, quality standards, and garment manufacturing processes

        Proven ability to lead seasonal execution, manage complex timelines, quickly pivot, and solve problems with innovative and commercially minded solutions

        Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Raw Materials, Sourcing, Supply Chain, vendors, mills, and factories

        Strong analytical and costing skills, with the ability to assess product components, cost drivers, margin impact, risk, and delivery trade-offs

        Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong data accuracy, follow-through, communication, and presentation skills
