FUNCTIEOVERZICHT

Key responsibilities
· Exceed sales and profitability targets
· Deliver sales and profitability through key metrics: sales, conversion & unit per transaction
· Deploy resource to match skill/experience & customer requirements
· Adopt tools & processes to improve employee efficiency & increase productivity
· Understand and support budgetary requirements to increase the store profitability
· Manage & maintain a safe working environment for customers and employees
· Maintain compliance of all company policy & procedures including health and safety and employment legislation
· Partner with the operations manager and implement action plans to minimize shrink and improve store compliance
Leadership
· Manage and inspire the team to deliver results by driving the RL Selling Culture
· Communicate, engage and energize the team to maximize performance service metrics e.g. employee survey, forsee results
· Hire, coach and develop a high performing team to deliver outstanding results
· Manage talent talks and appraisals and provide regular constructive feedback
· Recognize and reward great service and performance
· Manage teams adherence to the brand dress & grooming standards to ensure representation as brand ambassadors
RL Selling Culture
· Lead by example and coach the team to deliver the RL Selling Culture model to an exceptional level.
· Deliver Brilliant Briefings that focus on the RL Selling Culture
· Create a customer first culture within all store activities
· Observe, coach and share product knowledge coach selling skills to drive key metrics: sales, conversion and units per transaction
· Optimize opportunities to increase sales, customer data capture & increase customer loyalty
Brand presentations and Operational Efficiency
· Deliver brand visual proposition guidelines are executed to an exceptional level
· Influence the visual presentation strategy through commercial thinking
· Build brand understanding coaching team with visual mechanizing skills
· Provide feedback & ideas to influence product presentation & product ranging to increase sales
· Ensure 100% retail standards are consistently maintained
· Demonstrate a good understanding of product seasonality, concepts, key volume lines to support the commercial actions & drive sales.

Starting base salary equal to € 36.000 (Full Time). Once the successful candidate is selected, the salary offer will be based on objective and gender-neutral criteria such as experience, skills, responsibilities, and location.
Target Bonus: 15% of individual base salary. Bonus is discretionary and its payout depends on the achievement of certain metrics, as determined under the applicable bonus plan rules.
Meal Vouchers: € 8,65/day per worked day of at least 6 hours.
