Join our front-line retail team at Ralph Lauren's new Copenhagen location, delivering exceptional customer service in our directly owned and operated luxury store. As a Sales Associate, you will be focused on delivering a best-in-class customer experience through attention to selling and service, elevating the brand through product selling displays and deep product knowledge. You will contribute to creating meaningful connections with customers while embodying Ralph Lauren's timeless style and authenticity.

MANSIONI E RESPONSABILITÀ ESSENZIALI

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Deliver personalized styling advice and product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up communication.
  • Demonstrate friendliness, product knowledge, and make customers feel valued and respected.
  • Assist customers with finding products not available in-store through online ordering, store transfers, or reservations.
  • Provide honest fit advice and styling guidance to enhance the customer experience.

Sales & Operations:

  • Drive sales through effective selling techniques and product presentation.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across Ralph Lauren's brand portfolio.
  • Execute visual merchandising and product displays to brand standards.
  • Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities.
  • Participate in store operations including opening/closing procedures.

Brand Representation:

  • Embody Ralph Lauren's brand aesthetic and values in all customer interactions.
  • Maintain professional appearance and adherence to dress code standards.
  • Support special events and store initiatives.
  • Contribute to creating an aspirational shopping environment.

ESPERIENZA, COMPETENZE E CONOSCENZE

Required Experience:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in luxury retail or fashion environment is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and drive sales.

Essential Skills:

  • Selling and Service Skills: Strong clientelling abilities with focus on personalized customer experiences.
  • Product Enthusiasm: Genuine passion for styling and Ralph Lauren products.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
  • Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using retail technology, POS systems, and digital tools.
  • Operational Excellence: Attention to detail and ability to maintain store standards.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to varying schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
