PANORAMICA DELLA POSIZIONE

The Product Planning Lead will lead global product across all Brands and Categories within the IBP Control Tower, connecting merchandising vision to financial and operational outcomes.


MANSIONI E RESPONSABILITÀ ESSENZIALI

  • Orchestrate global product planning processes and lifecycle management.
  • Translate merchandising strategies into measurable planning outcomes.
  • Support assortment optimization increasing to SKU productivity & adoption rate.
  • Partner with Supply and Demand leaders to ensure executable product plans.
  • Establish product KPIs linking assortment decisions to margin and inventory health.
  • Lead product planning governance forums within IBP.
  • Develop analytics-driven product planning capabilities.


ESPERIENZA, COMPETENZE E CONOSCENZE

  • Extensive experience in merchandising, product planning, or retail strategy leadership.
  • Experience at premium or global fashion/consumer brands.
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with analytical rigor.
  • Ability to operate at the intersection of creativity and operational execution.
